radio doesn't work now after recalls have been done

took to dealer for recalls on power steering and throttle body. Next day returned to pick
it up. It was started via aftermarket remote car starter and I took keys and circled
parking lot. found out radio didn't work and returned to service dept. they didn't have a
repair man there at the time(closing) and went back next day after work and repair man
said the recalls had nothing to do with the  radio not working. It would cost me a lot of
money to figure it out. He suggested new battery (because it died at work), and check
fused for the radio problem. Also, to go to the after market place to have them double
check their work on the remote car starter.
Replace battery. Fuses are ok. TAS electronics next on list. Still no radio.
