Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an 09 Silverado with poor oil pressure
steady 20psi while driving 60-70mph I had to
replace the oil pump at 89k miles I also went
ahead an replaced the sending unit as well an that
fixed my problem, I'm now at 100600 and my oil
pressure is back to doin the same damn thing. I
took out the sending unit and pulled screen out
had the sending unit warrantied thru oriellys so I
put a brand new one back on there but no increase
on pressure.....

Maybe this time the low oil pressure is for real. Try a mechanical gauge to know what the oil pressure is for sure.
