2009 Sienna keeps pulling to Left

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently bought a 2009 Sienna LE. When taking
delivery I drove it and the car was pulling left. They
said it's the alignment and they will have it fixed.

I took delivery and have been back twice and after
them doing alignment twice it still pulls left.

I have noticed that as soon as I let go of the
steering wheel the wheel drops a little to the left and
the car starts going left.

Can anyone please shed some light on it. I don't
think it's the alignment - what keeps the steering
wheel in the same position. The fact that it drops a
little to the left might be the issue but I don't know
why it drops left.

Make sure to check that you do not have a broken spring. I've had 2 OEM springs break on my 2004 Sienna, one on the front and one on the back and I discovered the front one because I could feel the van pull to one side.

Where is this spring located ? How can I tell if the spring is broken and do you know what the cost is to replace this spring ?

It is the spring that is part of the suspension strut, inside your wheel well. It is totally viewable if you take off your front wheel, but you can see most of it if you turn your wheel all the way to one direction and look above and behind the front wheel. Here's a diagram...
