I went to a dealer advertising on your site to BUY a truck. They told me it was sold right before I got there. This was a week ago and the truck was still listed yesterday for 13,500 and I called again and was told it had just sold. Now the same truck is listed on your site 12,500 today. Would that be considered Fraud

Fraud's definition is the act of deceiving or misrepresenting. Your situation sounds like there is some miscommunication and or they don't want to sell the truck to you. I see this on some used car dealer lots, that they will list vehicles they don't really have for a low price just so you contact them, and they will talk you into another vehicle they have on the lot. Annoying, yes, Illegal, No.

If I was you, move on and stay away from this dealership...something doesn't smell right...
