2009 Ford F150 vibration/shutter from a dead stop

Hey guys,
So this problem happens in 4x4 and 4x2, forward and reverse. When I touch the gas and the truck starts to move, there is a slight vibration/shutter that will disappear when I hit about 5km/hr. Tried replacing the rear diff fluid but no luck. A lot of forums are saying this issue is caused by axel wrap, but the axel stays put when the vibration is occurring.

Any thoughts would be helpful.

I have a 2006 Ford F150 Lariat and my truck shutters when taking off from dead stop. when I'm pulling my boat it seems to be worse. I called my local Ford dealer and the service guys said he has an 06' and did the same thing. He said they found it to be the drive shaft that needed to be lubed and that took care of the issue for him. He quoted me $155.00 to fix the problem?? sounds a bit strange to me but will take in soon and will respond back with better detailed repair info.
