Many things could be causing this- check and see if the battery is installed correctly, maybe + and - are backwards? verify terminals are free of corrosion by brushing clean with a wire brush verify that the new battery has a charge
It’s most likely the starter or solenoid. Had the same issue with my car.
I just changed the battery ND the car doesn't turn over at all. The lights don't even come on. What do you think the issue might be.
