yes, I have the same problem on my 2010 Ford Taurus. I do hear clicking also. How much is that going to cost to fix, and or I have heard something about taking the negitive cable off the battery for 15 mins, and it may reset itself?

removing the negative battery cable is a myth. All doing that does is clear any soft codes you may have in the pcm, potentially making it harder to diagnose.

i concur with the blend door actuator, those are normally accompanied by a click click click sound that is annoying and repetitive. No TSB (Technical service bulletins) from the manufacturer on the problem. I cant remember if the obd2 was replaced by the CAN in 2010. That is the vehicle diagnostics system, if it is a CAN system ( CONTROL AREA NETWORK) system you might be able to scan it and get codes regarding the problem. If its obd2 (ON BOARD DIAGNOSTIC 2ND GEN) you probably wont.

I also have a 2010 Ford taurus sho and I've actually already replaced the door actuator I also made sure that it had enough freon and still nothing.

Same thing here. Replaced the door and up'd the freon. Still blows very warm. Have tried restarting the engine and waiting until underway to power up the a/c. Sometimes having airflow through the radiator helps but not always.
