my daughter's 2010 cobalt is showing a warning that traction is off. I don't see anywhere to turn it on. I took it to a dealer & they said it was something inside the transmission. Anyone had this

I am going through the same thing temperature should run you anywhere between 195 and 220 when it gets to 2:30 you're going to have some issues apparently the timing tensioner and timing belt are not getting enough oil and causing the temperature to rise my phone does the same thing seems like it's waiting too long to kick in before it starts to cool the engine I haven't quite figured out the answer but I know with this engine have had lots and lots of problems and I have a 2010
