It takes a little bit over 11 quarts of fluid. The owners manual must have the amounts required for fluids, check it if you have it. Mercedes-Benz recommends MBZ ATF 236.14 transmission fluid, you must purchase from the dealer and it is very expensive. An alternative can be Shell ATF 134, but it is not on a MB approval list. If you are planning to do the job yourself, I recommend that you search online where you will find videos that show how to do it; the process is not difficult but, from personal experience, it requires patience and some special tools.
