Lol, so checked with the parking management and they told me that the parking plugin works intermittently, so it remains switched on for a while, then turns off and then turns back on and the process continues.
Sounds like an electrical problem in the building. Bad wiring or a breaker. Tell the manager to fix it before there is a fire!
