I have a 2010 town and country it will not turn over and all of the electric will not turn on. the rear passenger light is always on and i have power to the mirrors. the battery has full charge

Sound,s like you have a connection problem,check battery cables, to be tite and not bad,if they are good,the igintion switch may be bad.
