how to install new leaf spring on driver side?

do i have to drop the gas tank? the leaf spring bolt seems to be inside the frame?

seeing as this is a 4wd....recommend that you do replace them in pairs...fronts and rears, you could post a picture of your dilemma...even NOW in this discourse~ there HAS to be an access hole for the wrench....period~

im gonna replace both,but the gas tank sits right up against frame. Cannot get in hole for front of leaf spring to put bolt through. Is there another way or do I have to remove gas tank?

What's it two bolts for the straps, the filler neck and power to the fuel pump...connector...get a person to hold the weight of the partially full gas tank but disassemble until you can do the job...has always been my MO as a mechanic 93-96~
