We were pulling camper with our dodge ram 2500 Laramie 4x4 and the ETC light came on and lost power for a few seconds then the warning light went out and we had full power. Is this serious?

May need to have it checked,this may be a early sign of worser thing,s,Have it checked.

ETC is electronic traction control. if you caused the tires to spin, the computer will cut power and apply the brakes to the spinning wheel to help you regain control. if you were just driving down the road when it happened, you need to have it checked.
