If you have no air coming out of your vents, I would say that one of your actuator doors has malfunctioned inside of your dash. Will it blow heat out of the vents in all directions? Will it go from defrost, to direct, to floor, with no problems? Then when you switch it to cold and turn on the a/c you have nothing? Unless you want to tear out the entire dash, I would bring it to the dealer. Or bring it to a garage and see what they think first.
