The window washer on my 2000 bmw 323i will not work, any ideas on what might be the problem?

You window washer either has a bad washer pump, a split washer hose, a plugged washer hose or plugged washer jets. Does it sound like the pump is running when you activate the washer? If not the switch, fuse or washer motor is bad. Does it have washer fluid in the reservoir?
