I have a 2003 bmw 325xi, I recently have
the problem when I start my car it shakes
hard when i start it and then going away.
Now when I start it, it rumbles and rumbles
hard when I'm at red lights. It even stalled
when I tried stepping on the gas when in
park. Anyone know the problem?

try by checking electrical: spark plugs, coils, alternator & battery (AVR test at local parts store), then fuel delivery (fuel injectors, fuel filter--maybe dirty fuel injectors.
