New sensor and install will likely be around $200 or more. It's an easy enough job to do yourself though if you're comfortable, and the part is probably $100 or less.
Have the seller take care of it first! Don't fall for the old line that "it just needs this one little thing".
How much will it run for a new cam senor and install? Thinking about buying a Bmw 325xi 2006 but it needs a new cam sensor.
