Car shakes between 40- 60mph then smooths out.

I bought it used with aftermarket wheels. Had them road force balanced and aligned, and
no change. Is it possible the offset is not right, or wrong fitment? Thinking about going
back to stock wheels.

Those must be steel belted tyres. When they're used/worn to a point the steel in them bend at times - you may have bent tyres. Let a tyre expert examine them. That may be useful.
