Can't imagine why a key wouldn't manually open the door. All these new fangled computer contraptions... Anyhow, try crawling under the truck and hooking jumper cables up to the big red starter cable and the black to any convenient part of the chassis or engine, and that should give you enough juice to pop open the doors. If you jack the front end may make it easier to reach under there.
