300c random stalls

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I've been reading a lot of check and check that on here
but I dont see anything like my issue. The car will randomly
still and then turn back on when driving. The other day it
actually did the opposite and surged forward  when I was
off the throttle. The only code I have is s CAN 100 that's
pending and I've already replaced the ECM about 5 months
ago. Ant idea where to start as I've seen all kinds of ideas
that include tossing money and hoping for the best.

This is the code number that I'm pulling using my BT OBDII reader. U0100-network.

Dang it. So it's a bad wire someplace in the harness and not a lose connection? I've been trying to reproduce what cause the issues and I cant do the samething twice and have the issues show. Last night I drove it for awhile and nothing. I'm not sure this car is worth it worth it 200k on the OD.
