my winshield wiper fluid just dribbles out of the nozzels. Could the pump be going bad. I hear it running when I stick my head under the hood and do not see any leaks any where

Lines could be kinked or plugged with gunk, unplug the hose from under the hood (or wherever you can reach it) and then run the pump and see what kind of pressure you're getting. If you ever have to create a splice in the wiper fluid hose, get the next size larger hose to fit over your splice.

I agree with Ken, kinked or partially plugged fluid line is first thing to check. You could also have a fluid line that is split from water freezing in the line.
