Electrical issue?

I can't lock the door on the drivers side using the
switch in my 2005 300C.  I have to use the clicker
on the key to lock it but the passenger's side works
fine. The heated seat switch isnt working . And my
headlights flicker or go out while driving. Can
somebody tell me what's going on.
