car overheating after repkacing water pump, thermostat, lower radiator hose & serpentine belt

Why is it running hot & what do i do next to repair
it.

If i get mechanic to put back on my old parts will it start then..bc it was fine until he put the water pump on & thermostat on...it was just leaking coolant on the belt..making a squeling noise fm antifreeze leaking on the serpentine belt...help me plz

Took it to meinke & they said it was my motor. Is it worth putting a new motor in it 175k miles ...get it rebuilt or remanufactured 1?? Which is better??
