did someone drain the battery dead by leaving a courtesy light on?
Its under warranty. Take it to the dealer. There may be a problem with the fob or may be the computer doesnt recognize it. Hard to say but should be fixed for feee under warranty.

When I locked the car yesterday -it did say low battery ?? I also tried to use the key that us provided in the fob, but it won't unlock the vehicle either ???

I had been vacuuming & detailing the seats & that may have caused the battery to rub low ???
Does the vehicle start fine and all other electrical systems work? Im not awar of a message saying your vehicle battery is low. That message i would think would be for yhe battery in the fob not the car.

I can't get into the car to try to start it or open the hood ..
unlock the door using the key. there should be a key inside the fob that you can pop out and use to unlock the door.

seems wrong to have you chasin' down the parasitic draw by yourself, this should be the domain of the dealer what sold you the vehicle, but Eric the car guy can tell you how to find it~ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdIKNnwEjIs

if you're a AAA member you should "cash in" on your membership by having them open the hood for ya~

once you get the hood open you can check the date of your batteries first charge by the "knock-off" labels on the top of the battery...they should not be stickin' an old battery into your new car...I'd tell them WHAT FOR if this date is much older than the car is~ 5 years is when we replace them~
