2003 SEBRING GTC 2.7l MANUAL TRANS, RT AXLE, 1.155 IN SPLINE, CAN'T LOCATE

Asked by dapts Feb 21, 2012 at 10:58 AM about the 2003 Chrysler Sebring GTC Convertible FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Can not locate a replacement axle for this car. The transmission spline is 1.155 in not 1.00 in.
Chrysler does't have it, they sent axles with the same part number as the one removed and the
splines are different. The original axle CV joint is worn beyond rebuild.
