P0300/0301/0302/0303

Hi, I have a VW Passat that has misfire codes for  Cylinders 1/2/3 but not 4/5/6.
I have changed plugs cables and ignition coils. No change. Anyone have an idea where to start next? Odd that it should only be one half of the Vee 6.
