Fusebox wires

the few the two leads coming out of the fuse
box on a 2000 Dodge Durango one is red
which goes to the battery and the other one
is black which is ground but where does the
black wire off the fuse box go to

Where is the fuse located, under the hood or interior, and what is the amp rating? If your having problems with electrical component, which one? No, one leg off the fuse can't go straight to ground and the other straight to voltage w/o blowing the fuse. There has to be a load/component on the circuit.
