could transmission problem be linked to PO300 DTC

when in drive, after warmup, car will stutter from stop. can reduce greatly by
running it through L-3 then into D. still a slight stutter between 50 and 60.
when moving into passing gear, doesn't seem to miss a beat. 3 PO300 code
readings, cylinders 1,5,6-1,2,6 and chrysler dealer, no cylinder recorded. I
did replace plugs and EGR valve assy prior to the chrysler read. If I keep it
above 2000 rpm doesn,t seem to miss a beat.
