How do you set the cams on a 2.7 2000 Sebring

I would get a service manual or a Haynes or Chilton manual at a parts store. Messing up on the cam timing will likely bend some valves and require cylinder head replacement.
You have to take the timing belt off. 1st turn the crank shaft by itself until you get to top dead center on the compression stroke. then turn the cam shafts to the timing marks on each cam so they are both lined up with the marks on the block. then reinstall the timing belt starting from the crankshaft to the right cam then around the water pump to the left cam. You will most likely have to reset the tensioner also.
