What are the DTC's you are getting when reading the pcm?

try checking all the crank case hoses. Half the time a idle issue can be a busted vacum line or split or cloged pvc pipe for the crank case breathers.

I had a new mass air flow sensor put in spark plugs were changed and putting in a new turbo because I had exhaust leak and there was a cracked in the turbo which is where it was coming from hoping the turbo will stop the sputtering

i have a seen quite a few cars with a bad turbo causing issues like not starting. Its not a fun or cheap job but i would expect a new one should fix the issue. With a crack in the turbo it causes a bad air flow which disrupts the speed and such so fingers crossed on this one.
