Should be covered under the emissions warranty if you are under 80,000 miles.

Awesome, thank you! I've had a couple of instances of the fuel pump cutting off while I getting gas and I had a similar problem with both my 2003 and 2007 Sonatas.

Not covered by Hyundai warranty after 5 year/ 50k miles according to Hyundai dealer when asked about replacing the part.
