fuelpressure percentage zero 'a' doesn't mean a goodmand thing to me? what are your trying to ask? what is responsible for providing fuel pressure? well you gotta have a good battery, you've got to have a good working fuel pump, you've got to have a fuel filter, you've got to have a fuel pressure regulator and a fuel rail that's pushin' 300psi to cause the injectors to work their magic....if there is any fuel pressure...also this fuel motor is on a relay which gets switched on with the ignition key...recommend you put the key in and turn it to the on position to see if there is any fuel flow from the humming of the pump...then we can consider pressure, filtration an regulation...and finally fuel injectors~
