Is running rough I know my tensioner pulley
is making noises could that make my car
sluggish and sometimes not want to go off
start takes a minute to go then sometimes it
jumps into a gear on its own

The pulley can makes noises but would not affect how the engine runs. This sounds like a transmission problem. Check the fluid level!

I did it was over filled trying to see if I can get it service and see if that makes it better

Where the car transmission fluid being overfilled will it run my computer crazy where it's pulley up all kind of codes
