I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler with a cracked dashboard on passenger side. Nothing has hit the dash and I have been driving jeep on road only. Only thing I can think of is the cold weather....

how big is the crack and near where? If you think this happen due to cold, I would get an estimate and see if your auto insurance will pay for it due to freeze...

Excellent idea the crack is approx 4 inches long and somewhat what subtle. Located just above grab bar. I have an appt with jeep dealership April 8 they say it should not interfere with airbag.... Fingers crossed

I would also take it to a local body shop, That might help. If you can take a photo. There are some companies that repair plastic trim panels. Could save you lots of money.

YES I am definitely taking it to Jeep Dealership on Friday and have placed a call to Jeep Customer Care who has opened a case for me.. She advised that the service manager take pics and send them to corporate along with my complaint which is really starting to be urgent as in a safety issue. The dash is cracking more and I can see indentation of where the air bag is placed. Will keep forum posted
