check/clean all cables/wires charge battery/load tes it if you can... before you replace the starter..

Yes try everything Kelly suggested and if still will not start try tapping on starter with a hammer and have someone else try starting vehicle at the same time if it starts replace starter. This does not work all the time but it's worth a try may be enough to get you started.
