2012 Dodge Charger had camshaft sencers
replaced but Engine light is still on reading
that it needs camshaft sensors replaced?

Also make sure they aren't rubbing, remove a sensor and check for rub marks if you're not sure put a piece of tape over the end of the sensor reinstall and run the engine then check the tape.
