2004 Durango (not the HEMI) - cleaned water from spark plug coils, no power to engine after reassembly

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So my cowl screen is useless and water gets down into my spark plugs. So I
removed the top assembly that was in the way (air hoses, etc), and removed each
spark plug coil to blow the water out with my compressor. I replaced each coil, and
put her all back together. Started it up, and took it for a test drive. Seemed fine. No
more shudder at 45mph from a misfire. Got home, and my guy had me disconnect the
battery to clear the code, which I did. Did not test drive after doing so. Next morning,
she acts as if there is no power. I held the hammer down and only got up to 30mph.
Turned around and it stalled as soon as I pulled in my drive.  So....what did I do to my
baby? Air hose leaking maybe? PCM scrambled all up?
