harness caught fire replaced harness now cranks but no fuel no spark.time belt is good help me please.

As much as we may want to help you, your problem would need to diagnosed with a hands-on inspection. After replacing the harness, you'll have to go through the fuses, fusible links, relays, computer modules, and especially the grounds to check everything is working. There must also be a reason WHY the harness caught fire in the first place, and that problem will also have to be fixed.

car is running now found a fuse but now the car sputters and dies when the headlights are on!!!!! runs a few seconds to a minute then does the sputter and dies, batterry good starts right back up runs great right after i restart it no issues/// with the.lights on and hit the brakes it instantly it sputters and dies and restarts no problem. could the meltdown on harness affected a relay or switch in the lighting and how do i check. thanks for your ideas i am bursting inside thanks again pleaSE HELP FELLOW TECH
If it sputters and dies when hitting the brakes, check the IAC valve (idle air control), it provides air to the engine when the gas pedal is not being used. If turning the headlights on kills the car, check the alternator's output, it may be too low. Also test coil, in fact the coil is a prime suspect as you mention no spark.
