How can I bypass my anti theft on my 04dodge stratus? If I clip the wires would that work?

I needed to replace my ignition lock cylinder
but the immobilizer kicked in and shut off
the car

No. Clipping wires will not work, if it was that easy what good is the transponder key...

I hey put blank key started five times how do I get to start with chip
