Hello I don’t know what a bcm is but did you check the fuse/relay check your car manual to see where it’s located most car have more than 1 fuse box

the BCM is a body control module that works the lights and other things there is no relay for the lights by itself

first of all what is the concern? you talk about everything you've done, but not what is wrong!

the signal light is to fast and when you try and turn the park lights on there off no signal and no park lights

reason why the light is flashing fast is because the bulb is burnt,or wrong bulb installed. recheck your work.
