2012 Chevy Equinox missfiring in drive and reverse

I have a 2012 Equinox with the 2.5 lt. 4cyl. When I put it in
drive or reverse it starts running really rough. If it's in park
or neutral it runs smooth as a top. It's really got me
stumped. Help please!

my old ladies keeps idling bad as in gets low shakes hard and somethimes dies while over heating. im lost and rather do it myself. also questions on my truck
