I'm losing my mind over this car.
2003 Dodge Neon only blows hot
heat while accelerating once i
take my foot off the gas heat
blows cold until i accelerate then
its hot again. I've flushed the
entire system, flushed the heater
core 3 times, replaced thermostat,
replaced radiator cap, bled the
system. Please somebody tell me
what to do next.

You probably have air in the cooling system. Purge air out of the system. Look on Youtube for how to videos.

The problem i have is while car is running i have the radiator cap off and as soon as the car gets to operating temp and the thermostat opens the antifreeze doesn't go down, it just spews out everywhere. I watched several people do this and all i saw was a few bubbles unlike mine which spews out all over the place and i have no clue why. I just started working on my own car so its a learning process. Thanks for any help i can get.

Bleed air from system like this remove cap from overflow tank fill with antifreeze to full mark leave cap off and start vehicle and let idle you will notice level in tank start to rise this is normal once thermostat starts to open level in tank will drop add more antifreeze to full mark then put cap back on.
