Battery drain

I have a battery draw that kills my battery overnight.  I know what fuse it is but
need some time to find the problem.  Can I use my van with the fuse pulled until
I have time to fix the issue?

What is the fuse powering? Hard to say if you don't know what the fuse is for. If it is something like the interior lights, then yes. If it's for the tail or brake lights, then NO.
