My rear passenger door won't close, but it pulls in to lock and then comes out a little. I recently replaced the rollers due to the little wheels falling out, and the door won't close

It's not adjusted correctly, those sliding doors r a pita, all u can do is readjust a little at a time until it sucks the door in. Make sure u don't manually slide it closed u can damage it's motor and that motor is 500 or jam its cable those r nightmares to repair.
How do I know uf the motor is shot? Will it still try to pull shut?
No the motor won't make a sound. If it's shot. Those odyssey electric doors are not meant to manually open so just be mindful. Ur door is probably adjusted to much forward. U can open the door half way and have some one stop the door with the interior switch. if u released its hinges open the door half way and readjust them. Those wheels r known to break off we replace those things constantly on older odysseys
