My multifunction indicator lamp light went on last week.. we took to a repair shop and they read PO134 - Rear Air Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Bank1, Sensor 1) Heater System Malfunction. They replaced the Oxygen sensor and the light went off for about a week. Today I turned the car on and it's on again. After reading a bunch of forums, I do not want to take it back to the same shop. My friend also told me to try to run the gas tank out and next time fill with premium gas and possibly it will go off? Any ideas? Thank you!

take it to autozone to have them scan the code for free. while you're there pick up a bottle of fuel system cleaner. i suggest techron by chevron. i use it in my car every couple months (high mileagle car)

Heated O2 Sensor Failure: P0134 = Bank 1 Sensor 1 failure (rear) Dont know the year you have since you were silent but Google majestic Honda - Converter - link is for a sample 2007 http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp? inputstate=5&catcgry1=ODYSSEY&catcgry2=2007&catcgry3=5DR+E X&catcgry4=KA5AT&catcgry5=CONVERTER+%281%29 This is the one you need a mirror to be able to see to replace correctly, it is on the top rear of the engine, near the firewall. I can tell you that both the rear and the front sensors on top are the same even though they have different part numbers. #13 - Sample part number: 36542-RKB-004 wholesale $103.41
