My 2003 crown victoria cuts off when I come to a stop.it also idles rough. Helllppp

Start by cleaning the throttle body, sensors (especially the MAF), and an overall tune-up. See if that improves anything. Sometimes a bad or dirty IAC (intake air control) valve lets a car die when at idle.
