Question type: Maintenance & Repair

when the key is turned, the starter solenoid clicks,
and all the dash panels flash. Does anyone know
what the problem might be?

brand new issues, now when the key is put into the ignition, all the electrical components go hay wire. from the dash, all the way to the seat adjustments. any ideas out there
