2002 Dodge neon...change the thermostats,radiator and hoses.it's still running hot.i see bubbles in the antifreeze when i take the cap off.reservoir is full but the antifreeze is not flowing..PLEASE

if you did all of that work, you could still have air in the system. go to youtube and look up how to burp your cooling system. it is worth a try. also, if the car overheated bad you could have damaged the head gasket. also go to youtube and see how to diagnose a bad head gasket. scottykilmer.com has some good vids. you may have to do a combustion leak test. anyway, I would try the burp first. good luck
