Speedomoter quit!?

Battery died, then went and autozone put a new
one in for me ((my cousin took it there knowing I
hate autozone! :(  )) i got car back and he said
speedomoter doesn't work. And it doesn't . What
could the problem be sir??

The shifting is fine, there is no check engine light on, and the cruise control works fine also, so the ISS and ISS sensors are sending data fine to the pcm, so I dont think it's the vss. Any other ideas?? Thanks so much!

So I'm wondering if theres maybe a wiring problem with the battery possibly? Or should I have it hooked up to a computer somewhere??
