2002 dodge stratus losing water, can't find leak

Car runs fine but every couple of days it overheats and needs to be topped up with water.  
Strange thing is it is not visibly leaking.  Must be evaporating but where is 1-2 liters of
water going?  No smoke from tailpipe and oil is not milky.  Water pump? Radiator cap?
Head gasket?

Try changing the radiator cap. It's possible that your coolant is pissing out as your driving.
